Sony CyberShot TX55: World’s Thinnest HD Camera


If you thought that Sony’s ultracompact Cyber-shot TX100V (announced at CES 2011) was thin, wait ’til you get a load of the newest addition to the line, the Sony Cyber-shot TX55, announced yesterday. At just 12.2mm thin, the TX55 is super pocketable, but it’s still jam-packed with features — in fact, Sony claims it’s the thinnest camera with optical image stabilization. Similar in styling to the slightlymore expensive TX100V, it shares a similar feature set, though not the GPS capability of the TX100V.

Nokia 700 'Zeta' sneak peek-to feature Symbian Belle



Images of the new Nokia 700 handset prototype reveal some interesting details. The device has a 1 GHz processor, Symbian Belle update, NFC chip and 5 megapixel camera.
There are speculations that Nokia is about to release four new handsets powered by 1Ghz processors.The photos show it running on Symbian Belle -Anna's successor -and packed with a 5 megapixel camera, LED flash, and NFC support.According to the snapshot Zeta claims itself to be the "thinnest smartphone ever" but its 10mm thickness brings it nowhere close to the title. The Nokia 700 'Zeta' weighs just over 80 gms and has a 3.2 inch AMOLED screen, a much awaited feature in Nokia smartphones.
